Which professional situation did you apply to NiK Personnel Consulting from?

I was released from work due to a cancellation agreement and hat 6 months to find a new job.

Which position could we place you in?

I am now working as Area Manager for a European research drug company. I am solely responsible in Baden-Württemberg, parts of Hessen and Pfalz (Palatinate) for a new introduction in the German cosmetic dermatology market.

What was important for you when choosing a personnel consultant?

I put a lot of value on finding a personnel consultant who had specialized in the pharmaceutical branch, furthermore I wanted personal contact and a dialogue partner. It was important to me that I could also express exact ideas, indication areas and wishes for my new job.

What did you think of our communication?

The communication was great, it could not have been better; there was always a nice word, no matter who from. Regular contact and feedback talks...super :-)

What can you as an experienced candidate recommend to other people at a career changing stage?

I would advise all jobseekers to find a good personnel consultant who is honest with him and creates a personality profile. Someone who is responsive to professional wishes, who if possible has specialised in different areas an whom you can trust.
